Hot Yoga

... is a dynamic and energetic form of exercise practiced in a large, 105 degree room. It consists of a series of standing postures, a Vinyasa flow, and abdominal and back strengthening exercises. These postures are designed to help align your body, strengthen your spine, and increase core strength. The sequences of the postures are important. Each new pose prepares you for the next. Students learn to place new demands upon themselves, working harder and gaining determination with each succeeding class.

Beginner Hot Yoga

... is similar to our regular hot yoga classes with two differences. First, the room is kept at 95 degrees. Second, although the postures and sequences are the same, each posture is explained more thoroughly and some modifications are instructed. Although all of our hot yoga classes are designed to be "user" friendly, this class is "beginner" friendly!

Hot Power Yoga

... consists of a series of advanced postures practiced in a large, 105 degree room. This class is designed for those students wanting to take their practice to another level of fitness. We have added a touch of Pilates (repetition) to make it even more challenging than a traditional yoga class. This flowing practice detoxifies the body and is an amazing form of fitness that will tone muscles while building a stronger, healthier body. The class is designed to be challenging, but at the same time user friendly. Most students will be able to do all of the postures, but to the extent you are able to move deeper into the poses will depend upon the individual's ability and perseverance. If you are up for the challenge, check this class out!

Hot Fitness Ballet

... is an energetic, sequenced workout combining ballet, yoga and Pilates. It is fun and challenging, but beginner-friendly; ballet experience is not needed. Done in a 95 degree room, this class will help condition and tone while burning more calories than any of our other classes.

Hot Yoga Sculpt

... is a hot yoga flow routine done using light, hand-held weights. 1, 2, or 3 pounds is recommended. Students may also choose to use ankle weights as well. This class will develop muscle definition while burning calories, improving strength, and detoxifying the body. Students may bring their own weights or rent them at the studio for $1.00.

Yin Yoga

... targets the connective tissues, such as the ligaments, bones, and even the joints of the body. Suitable for all levels of students, Yin Yoga is a perfect complement to the dynamic and muscular (yang) styles of yoga that emphasize internal heat, and the lengthening and contracting of our muscles. Yin Yoga generally targets the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine.

Silent Yoga

...is our regular hot yoga routine done in almost complete silence. With a dim, candlelit room, we focus deeply on our breathing. Although this class is open to all students of any level, no instructions or corrections are given.   

 

SERIES 2

...is a hot yoga class with the same format of our regular class but with different postures. Come change it up!
