We always remove our shoes before entering the studios.

Cell phones are turned off even if they are left in the lobby and are not to be used inside the building.

Changing clothes is done in the dressing rooms leaving the restrooms available for students needing to use them.

Punctuality is appreciated.

Leaving class early is discouraged but if it is necessary, please do so BEFORE final resting pose.

The studio is open ½ hour before the first class in the morning and ½ hour before the first class in the afternoon.

Please refrain from conversation during class.

We have a $5 credit card minimum. We do, however, sell $10 and $20 punch cards that can be used for water, mats, towels, and weights so you do not have to remember to bring cash every time.

If you are 24 or younger and in college, you MUST show your student I.D. and driver’s license to receive a discount.

Auto billing is available. Those choosing this option will be prorated and billed on the first of every month.
